Vinyasa Flow

This term means "synchronization of movement with breathing". All the poses of the ashtanga (approximately 50 poses over 1 hour and a half) are linked by transitions during which each movement is synchronized with an inspiration or an expiration. Each pose is held for a certain number of breaths, usually five.

Yoga Restorative

Restorative yoga is very gentle to restore and harmonize the body, especially the nervous system to promote deep recovery and relaxation. So your mind is calm and your body relaxed.

Jean Gérarld Dorseuil

Originally from Reunion Island, Jean Gérald is a dancer, choreographer, ballet, contemporary dance and yoga teacher. Trained in Vinyasa Yoga in 2011 by Gérard Arnaud, his teaching is inspired by dance, a work in movement based on breathing and deep awareness. HIS physical and mental practice through breathing will allow you to implement your sensations, and will open up the field of possibilities
